  • 1995 : Kampuchea Tela Co. Ltd incorporated.
  • 1996 : Commission of Oil Storage Terminal.
  • 1997 : Set up Logistic department for the distribution of Fuel country wide.
  • 1998 : Petroleum Group Investment Co. Ltd incorporated.
  • 1999 : Signed contract on technology transfer with Singapore and UK.
  • 1999 : Commission of Lube Oil Plant.
  • 2000 : Set up workshop for the repair and servicing on owned tank trucks.
  • 2001 : Awarded ISO 9002:1994 from the United Kingdom.
  • 2002 : Initiated Fresh Shop in Service Stations.
  • 2003 : Upgraded from ISO 9002:1994 to ISO 9001:2000.
  • 2004 : Ground breaking for new 7 storey office building.
  • 2004 : Construction of walk way and Jetty for new Oil and Liquid Petroleum.
  • 2004 : Terminal at Sihanouk Ville Port.
  • 2004 : Awarded “API” American Petroleum Institute Licence.
